Q. Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. We will deliver one pallet, or up to 18 pallets, which is the maximum we can carry.Call and ask for a quote for delivery to your area.
Q. Can I pick up sod at your farm?
Of course! Our sod is harvested to order. We ask that you call and place your order at least 24 hours in advance, although seasonal demand and rainy weather can sometimes make the wait time a bit longer. Also, please note that a pallet of sod weighs 2,500 lbs. A standard full size pickup can carry one pallet.
Q. Do you sell to homeowners?
Absolutely! Please call and place your pick up order at least 24 hours in advance and 5 – 7 days in advance for a delivery. Please note that seasonal demand and rainy weather can sometimes make the wait a bit longer.
Q. How much sod is on a pallet?
We put 500 square feet or 56 square yard on all of our pallets.
Q. What is the minimum amount I can order?
We don't sell sod by the piece, but we do break our full (500 sq ft) pallets down into smaller quantities.You can purchase a full pallet, ¾ pallet, ½ pallet, ¼ pallet, 1/8 pallet or our smallest quantity which is, 1/16 pallet pallet or 32 square feet.
Q. How can I pay?
We take Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. We do not take American Express.
Q. Is there a guarantee on your sod?
We guarantee that our sod is true to variety and in quality condition when it is picked up or delivered.Once the sod leaves the farm however, we have no control of how it is installed or maintained. If you have concerns, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the grass.
Q. How do I determine how much sod I need?
Square the area that you want to cover. You may need to break it into sections. Multiply the length of the area(s) by the width of the area(s) to determine the square footage needed. Length X Width = Square Foot Area
Q. How long can sod sit on the pallet?
We recommend no more than 24 hours.
Q. Do you sell plugs?
Unfortunately, we do not sell plugs. You can, however, purchase sod and cut it into plugs.
Q. Do you sell sprigs?
Yes, we do sell Bermuda sprigs. We have a 500 bushel minimum and only offer delivery on sprigs, no pick ups.Call us for pricing and details on purchasing sprigs.
